I am an individual contributor. My team consists of 15 members.

Roles and Responsibilities

Engineer - Technical Communication

• What are your day-in and day-out job?

Gathering inputs from stakeholders and preparing user documentation as well as product marketing documentation.

• List some tools that you use daily?

Authoring: X Metal, FrameMaker, Captivate, RoboHelp, and InDesign.

CMS: COSIMA, SharePoint, TFS, eDocs etc.
